I've downgraded from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 and jailbraked the ipod touch, played around with installer a couple of minutes and then decided to sync the ipod with some music, when it finished syncing there wasn't any music on it, so I turned it off and turned it on again, when it starts up the apple logo appeared and that's it, doesn't go from there, I can't restore it back since it doesn't show up in iTunes.

If you have any idea how to fix this problem I would appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance.

Yeah the thing with that is, when the ipod is plugged in and turned on the apple logo is showing all the time, if I hold the sleep and home buttons is turns off in a couple of seconds, so I don't really know when to start holding just the home button.

I'll give it a couple of goes if it will work.

Look at the Ultimate Guide, it tells when to press everything.
