    Hi Guys ,
Getting annoyed having little or no system space left?
    well i have the answer!

I was searching on google on how to free up system space and i found a site which had the commands to free up space , so i typed them in to Terminal , and i freed 100 MB's of system space!

    Heres the command:

Run these on iPhone application "Terminal" in order to move the font folder to second disk, you can free about 100M for third party applications

    /bin/cp -R -p /System/Library/Fonts /private/var/Fonts
    /bin/rm -rf /System/Library/Fonts
    /bin/ln -s /private/var/Fonts /System/Library/Fonts

Run these on iPhone application "Terminal" in order to move the built-in Ringtones folder to second disk.

    /bin/cp -R -p /Library/Ringtones /private/var/Ringtones
    /bin/rm -rf /Library/Ringtones
    /bin/ln -s /private/var/Ringtones /Library/Ringtones

Run these on iPhone application "Terminal" in order to move the built-in Wallpaper folder to second disk.

    /bin/cp -R -p /Library/Wallpaper /private/var/Wallpaper
    /bin/rm -rf /Library/Wallpaper
    /bin/ln -s /private/var/Wallpaper /Library/Wallpaper

    Command(s) thanks to : Ck's IT blog.

Please reply back on how much space you freed up!

Is this supposed to free RAM or actual disk space. If it's disk space, 100 MB isn't very much.

It frees space on the system partition which is about 300 MB (or maybe nowadays it's 500 MB). If the OP's claim of 100 MB freed is true, that is a substantial gain.
