well what if you bought an app for say 9.99 and you didnt like it; you cant return it, can you? so there should be a trial system where you can get a 30 day free trial. if you like it, you buy it, if you didnt, you dont. but if only there was a way to pass this on to apple.

    lol... oh sigh* wishful thinking...

the high-roller apps may have trial versions, but expect it to last like an hour

And there's no way in hell that Apple will ever refund you for anything

30 days seems a bit much, maybe a 3 day or something? But I like your thinking on this.

Thats the thing about Trials. You're basically getting the full version cept blocked. Apple knows this and think that people will try to crack it.

yeah, i thought maybe 30 days might be too much. 5 days sounds perfect. i know, they could add an option in the sdk to let the dev choose how many days free trial they want to give the users.

that would be sweet, but apple is too cheap. Besides Installer > Appstore.

The thing I'm going to like about the AppStore is, the apps will be high quality. When you get something from Installer, it looks liek dookie most often.

Back that up PLEASE. Please tell me you can come up with a good argument to back up your claim. Because I see no way of you making a good point.

Not true, apple refunded a few people who bought the January app pack and didn't like it.
There probably will be a 24 or 36 hour free trial, but we will have to wait and see when the app store comes out.
