THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO GET CUSTOMIZE WITHOUT HAVING TO SSH
Ok guys I finally found it. I give all credit to monchy36 for giving me the repo that contains skylars custom customize app. Add this to your sources:

    /bin/chmod -R 755 /Applications/Customize.app
    3. Run this in SSH or Teminal
    /bin/chmod +s /Applications/Customize.app/Customize
    4. Run this in SSH or Teminal
    /Applications/Customize.app/Customize

so all i have to do to run those commands is to do CTL+T and then copy and paste those commands on winscp? And also do i have to navigate to any folder before i do it or can i just do it at the / folder?

well here's my 2 cents, I tried the long approach first and it didn't work I tried it a few times but it was a no go for me, I tried the op's way and it worked right away, so sure there might be a reason to go the long way but if you want a working version just try the first one, it works, at least unbtil something bvetter comes along, which it sounds like it will soon

just run the commands then when it is done, press close. then run the app. if it crashes then tap the chicken with 2 fingers over and over, i no it is an odd fix but it works. after those commands are run, the permissions should be set so like i said just tap.

ok i dont get any of this at all. Im just gonna stick with the one on the repo because its not that much different. And also why cant i locate the private/var/root/library/customize folder? Now i cant put sh*t into customize because that folder isint there. All i see when i get to private/var/root/library is summerboard, lockdown, and dockswitch.
