I got 2.2, awesome with the podcast downloading without a pc!

Now, I have a bunch of podcasts that don't show up in iTunes, and I don't know how to delete them!!!

Is there a way to format the touch, or am I stuck with all these podcasts?

If by format you mean restore then yes, in iTunes select your iPod and click restore.

Try resetting everything in your ipod touch by going to settings->general->Reset->Reset all settings.sorry if that didnt help.

Was hoping there was a way to get the podcasts off without having to restore, but that's what I had to do...

    pissed me off...

took me almost an hour to get everything back on, and then another 30min to get my apps all set up agian... and forget bookmarks in Safari! they are GONE!

Stupid f***ing apple... why not just add a DELETE button to podcasts??

Well you could've just disabled Podcast syncing in iTunes.
And if there were some left on the iPod, to delete podcasts you swipe the finger horizontally over the podcast and press the delete button that magically appears.

Just restore it. It's not that big of a deal to download a few apps again. Or is it?
