FIRST OFF DON'T EVEN SAY "DIDZ U STEALEZ!! ITSS!111!!"

No I didn't, my ipod ran out of battery, and I was to lazy to apply the patch to boot my ipod back up again. So I left it there on my dresser for like 2 weeks. Booted it up. And forgot my pass code! Is there anyway in heck I can like ssh into or something some how to like remove the pass code or something? My last resort is a restore..

Your computer should be able to recognize it if it's "not stolen"

I forgot to mention. The first computer I plugged it into, my laptop. It doesn't have itunes. Nor the same operating system as when I first plugged it in. It was either linux, xp or vista. I'm on windows 7 now. Will this affect it, I can download iTunes and see if it will unlock.

    it will not unlock it.

my phone has a passcode, and if i were to plug it into my computer, my computer will recognize it. but if i plug it into my GF's computer (to let it charge), it immediately requires a passcode.

i suggest you install iTunes 8.1, then go into DFU mode and then restore.

Isn't it odd how this always happens and the original computer is never around.
