So I got the new iPod Touch 3G yesterday and I noticed when my safari does something weird, I always used to force close it buy pressing home. But now I realized it wont work cause of the Voice Control... So did they just stop the App Force restart or is there another way?

Hold the power button until you see the slide to power off screen..
then hold the home button and the app should close.

Another way is when you have SBsettings installed you could close the app running in Processes

yup...like if safari is just playing dumb because of some website you can force it to quit and when you go into safari again it won't be playing dumb unless it was just the website...
