For those people with many ipods touches or whatever... I found that you can sync one app pack with a lot of touches without buying it again...

    that's what I did...

1- I've bought the app pack
2- I've synced my ipod with it
3- I've autorized my girlfriend computer
4- I've copied the file to the default directory in my gf computer
    5- Then i synced 2 ipods there...
6- 3 ipods with the same file.
    7- enjoy!

    Bottom line

if you want to get the apps and you have friends that want it too... just split the $20, give your part, then sync like mad in each computer...

This method can be used up to 5 times... but 4 dollars each one , its better than $20 alone....

    hope it work for you!!!

yes but i want usefull apps, thats the difference

I dont want to mess around again with my iPod... I almost nearly brick it once and I don't want to wait for "official releases" and "soft updates" ever...
Like i-don't-know-who said, when the 1.1.4 or whatever new versions comes out, the developers have to start again to decrypt the firmware... and you have to wait for it... and all your 1.1.3 "upgrades" will be useless...

    No thanks!
Thats not my cup of tea!

jailbreaking lets u have tap tap revolution (guitar hero mod is the best), aol/aim (apollo and mobile chat), the january update for free, sketches (sooo fun), iphysics, gameboy, dictionary, last fm, pool, summerboard theme (where would i be without them?), customize (ipod to prada phone yeaaa), and the ability to download songs for free from seeqpod.com right to your ipod and listen to them!

    ewww unjailbreaked ipod... just no

and there is no such thing as a bricked ipod

You can't brick your iPoT. You can only make it need to be restored.

Ok none of the things that you listed there would be important to me except maybe the pool game would be cool. But that's probably just because I'm probably older than you. For people like the guy above and me, jailbreaking just isn't worth the hassle.
