    I go into systems than core services than springboard.app than Englishlproj or w.e and I search the script for the words "slide to unlock" so I can change them but I can't find them anywhere. What am I doing wrong? How do I change it?

    Easier way is to install Customize and go to Edit System Strings. It isn't good for much else at this point, it was pretty amazing for older versions though.

    choose a theme in winterboard and make a folder /bundles/com.apple.springboard/en.lproj/SpringBoard.strings

    make the springboard.strings outta notepad should work just fine
    and inside it write exactly as it written here quotes and semicolon and all

    "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = "insert ur choice of words";

    ... or use the theme attached to the post I linked, which already has that SpringBoard.strings file in the Bundles/com.apple.springboard/en.lproj folder.
