Can somebody please give simple instructions on how to use libusb on a Vista32bit home premium to jailbreak my ipod with quickfreedom?

I tried using instruction on the libusb-win32.sourceforge.net site, but I didn't understand it.

I don't see any problems with that screenshot, it says you meet all the requirements to continue

I installed in compatibility mode and as administrator

Quickfreedom says my iPod is not connected, which it is. And my computer never made the beeping noise.
