Even a clock at my school has the same design and it's some off brand clock.

Apple will probably either just change their clock or pay this company the rights to use it.

    A clock isn't worth 100m.

First of all, with all the recent legal battles that Apple has been starting for infringement, it's a bit surprising that Apple would turn around and blatantly copy someone else.. Talk about hypocrisy.
And to those who say Apple should just change it. How? iOS is already out, and the "damage" is done. There's no way to undo that until the next update rollout.
