I don't know if this is possible, but for the Background Folder the icon is either this:

Please Register or Log in to view images

    which is titled FolderIconBG.png

    and there is also this:

Please Register or Log in to view images

    which is named FolderIconBG@2x.png

what i want to do is remove the pattern that is there ( weird blanket looking thing) and make it transparent, BUT i want to keep the silver border thingo, so what it will be is the transparent area will show my wallpaper behind the folder which is what i want :|

i tried photoshopping and deleting the area inside the border, then i SSH'd into /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app and dropped the files there, but when i resprang (if that's a world lol) nothing happened.

    What do i do?
