Fm tuner

    How come most MP3 players come with a built in FM tuner where you can listen to the radio on there but the ipod doesn't? Is this something that can be included into an update? If so, im gonna request it to apple in an update.

    That would be hardware I believe so a firmware update won't cover it.

    the nike+ chip on the ipod supposedly has bluetooth and fm radio

    hmm yeah its nothing to do with updating, its not possible

    NUUUU THe bluetooth chip thingy has a FM Tuner in it!

    It could happen....

    It is certainly possible, as the Nike chip in the iPT2g has bluetooth and fm capability embedded in it. But Apple provides no software to make use of it.....
