anybody know of a GOOD fm transmitter?

i had a belkin model(from 2004) that i was pretty happy with until it refused to work with the cigarette lighter adapter.

i just bought one, an itrip, a wired one that connects to the cigarette lighter, and that was truly a piece of crap. 65 bucks for it. i returned in 3 hours later.

before anyone comments/questions, i have a truck that ONLY HAS A RADIO and there is no line-in/auxiliary option.

short of bring small speakers into my truck, the fm transmitter is my only option.

I am currently using the one I used for my 30GB iPod Video. It's a Griffin iTrip. Only thing I don't like is I can't port sound out when I'm watchin a video. ???? Any reason for this?
