How do I fix the floating dock in 1.1.3, again? What is the source to get the app?

in 1.1.4 (1.1.3 for him) the dock, instead of being attached to the bottom of the springboard, it's floating a bit above the springboard

I noticed this on 1.1.3 when I used one of my own pictures as a dock. It was actually sitting ontop of another dock for some reason.
I opened the dock picture in PaintShopPro and noticed it was rather high (a big transparent gap at the bottom). I cut the dock and pasted it lower down. This appears to solved that particular problem. Now the dock sits at the bottom the Springboard like it should.

I suggest having a look at the dock in question in a Graphics program, and see if it's the same as mine.
