i just found something that might be interesting for some developers, if it has not already be found!

If you go in "system/Library/internet Plug-Ins" you will see the plugins of safari like quicktime when you play an mp4 video online.

Here is the important part, i think that by adding a plugin that would allow flash in there, it might work, but it would also need to be added to the binary files and stuff like that, but i'm not good enought to do that! I looked for some adobe flash player plugins, but none of them were made for safari...

Here it is! Tell me what you think about this "plugin" file! I will say it again, i am just saying that this MIGHT be important, i am not good enough on computers to tell!

thanks to anyone who will clear the way!

This is old stuff... There is also a video decoder folder which allows you to add other decoders; I'm waiting for somone to do a mkv container one and xvid / divx one...

The same way you would code plugins for any specific application -- follow their API, and code it to work for the application of your choice. In this case, Adobe's Flash. Unfortunately, both are quite proprietrary, so you won't find any info about them any time soon. Best chance is to wait for Apple to release their SDK, and let Adobe develope it for you instead.
