It is called Frash, it can be found on a seperate source in Cydia, but I can't remember it. Just google "frash".
It is sorta buggy, and won't work on everything.
Oh, and it doesn't work on the iPod touch 2G. I found that out myself

If you jailbreak it, there is a way. I tried it...but it was horrible. Many of the stuff did NOT work at all...so I switched back. If you want to try it, it's called "Frash". Google it.

There are quite a few sites that are already ipod supported though.

Flash sucks on mobile devices anyway. Even on Android devices, it sucks on my Aria.

The Aria has a 600mhz processor, the big boy androids have at least 800mhz. There are vids on youtube showing flash with android 2.2, it's not perfect, but usable for flash sites and some games.

Yes. Its called syncing your music and videos over with iTunes. Youtube has a player already built in to iOS and viemo is HTML5.

It you want to stream music from another source there is Last.fm and Pandora

I find that youtube's HTML app is much better though (mobile youtube) for browsing and searching than the native app.
