I have a very small scratch, about one eighth of an inch in length, on my iPod Touch's screen. It's hardly noticeable, but I would like to get it out if anyone has any suggestions (preferably free ones

). I was thinking maybe a sort of scratch remover for eye glasses as a possibility.

I don't know if it works, but I always hear about people using bananas or toothpaste to cover CD scratches.

Microwave. 2 seconds. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT 3 or it will fry.

What it does is basically melt your screen to make it smooth and no more scratch

Side affects might include but are not limited to; crying, breaking things, broken ipod, emotional people, flaming, burned fingers, burned microwave, sexy time.

I am in no way in any fault if anything happens. What you did was your choice.

I heard rubbing a bananna peal on the screen will remove the scratchs.

You could try the aforementioned banana or toothpaste methods. If you use toothpaste, MAKE SURE IT IS NOT WHITENING TOOTHPASTE. Whitening toothpaste has little crystals that like to scratch things, like screens.

If you try the banana and toothpaste methods to no success, you can buy one of those screen films (BSE, Zagg, Bodyguardz). They're great protection and they fill in scratches pretty good. I had a minor scratch that's pretty much 100% invisible now. I'd recommend BSE, as they're the cheapest (and the same as the others).
