Here is a detailed guide on how to fix installer on 1.1.3

Step 1: You installed something and installer crashed (Skip step 1 if you just jailbroke and didn't attempt to install anything)

Step 1-1: You are supposed to not install anything and install bossprefs first if you have installed something and it crashed read this.

Step 1-2: SSH into your iphone/itouch and try manually unistalling In Your Applications Folder (dont worry about BSD). Then try to install bosstool (Source: sleepers.net/iphonerepo) and see if it works, if not try to unistall BSD from the unistall part of installer.

Step 1-3: if it says "Main Execution Script Failed" (or something like that) You have to restore and rejailbreak)

Step 2: Make sure you just jailbroke and didn't try to install anything

Step 2-1 through installer unistall all thrid party apps And for BSD subsystems, if you unistall it will still be there, DONT FREAK OUT, it unistalled and gives the option to reinstall so your good. No go to sources and Add this sleepers.net/iphonerepo

Step 3: Go to install and go to all packages and install BossTool.

Step 4: Run BossTool and hit free space, then hit move applications, then hit OK
A pinwheel will appear, wait 30 seconds and not it should say apps already moved.

YOUR DONE, now you can unistall BossToll if you want and install more stuff now.

P.S. Applications folder is now located in /var

    hope this helps

Thanks for contributing this as this may have helped some, but most people have already done this. This is generally widely-known knowledge to this forum.
