Hey, for all those people who are missing applications when they sync with ipa's or even install with cydia.
( I had winterboard, line rider, billy frontier, spore, categories, and etc.. missing, found this simple fix.)

(This is for people on 2.x+)

    Its a simple easy fix,

open up SETTINGS > GENERAL > RESTRICTIONS > turn them on fully. (Home)

open up SETTINGS > GENERAL > RESTRICTIONS > turn them off fully. (Home)

I had a problem earlier today with one of my appstore apps not showing up on springboard, and after a lot of crap I managed to finally get it showing. Next time it happens I'll try this method. Thanks.

Wait, but don't you mean the other way around? Turning them off, then back on, instead of on then off? Because with what you showed there, it should leave you with all of those features disabled.

no...you turn the restrictions on, then you turn the restrictions off.

What I mean, is that you enable them by turning them on, I don't mean turn on the restrictions. For all restrictions to be taken off, all of those toggles need to be turned on.
