First charge need help!!!

    Fianlly, i got my fourth iPod touch, and to make sure not to scrap it, HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO MAKE CHARGE FOR THE FIRST TIME PLEASE EXPERTS ANSWER, I NEED A REAL ANSWER

    Then charge it until it's full. It's not so hard. You can't overcharge it either, it stops charging once it's full.

    right, because best buy customers told me to leave it on charge during 48 hours :S

    Yea, 48 hours is kind of long lol. It wouldn't damage your iPod or anything, it'd just be useless.

    The ipod touch has a lithium-ion battary, not the old nickel-cadium batteries that you were supposed to charge all the way, and then drain fully every use.
