iOS 4.0 Firmware 4.0.2 APP.

    Do not download it. it deletes apps and f***s with your iphone i did it on my iphone 4 it deleted like 4 apps, f***ed with my mail, crashed my phone and contacts app, and now i am restoring back to 4.0.1

    word of the wise don't download it, it's not worth it.

    I don't think I'll update to any firmware with no JB support, can't live without biteSMS.

    If it's so bad, then why hasn't Apple done something?
    Please don't rage on the forums. 4.0.2 wipes the jailbreak, and that should be all. You can sync and regain your apps. Don't make a rage thread please, and do not often use profanity.

    Hes talking about an app on cydia that makes your iphone think its on 4.0.2 when its not. Not the actual 4.0.2 firmware.

    Yes and it I found it do nothing but crash. Can't say I have had the op's issues

    Yes there is a spoofer app that makes it act like your running the latest software (4.0.2)
    It does not mess up things like people on here have claimed. It works perfect and there are no errors.
    Don't trust what everyone writes.
