hmmm. Could you be more clear. I don't see the proof of jailbreak in this image.

it is just the organizer of devices inside x-code. they have some sample code app running (3D green tea pot) and if they paid 99$ they can transfer those app on a real iphone.

How is that possible? There is no disk image of 1.2 or 2.0.

Also, the images look easily Photoshop.

    VIDEO. We need VIDEO.

Well, if you had ever used the SDK, you'd know there a screenshot application built-in.
How they got applications on it without the certificate is unclear; most likely modifying something within the filesystem.
The certificates haven't been published yet, so there's no way this would happen without a jailbreak.
Even people who have paid $99 can't transfer anything to their devices yet.

Yes, there's a disk image for 1.2, it's been sent out to enterprises and the Dev Team has gotten a hold of it.
Just because it's not public doesn't mean it's not out there.

Sure, maybe someone from here would Photoshop this kind of thing, but not the Dev Team.
They've already done everything and have many open exploits to use, so I don't doubt this, they have no reason to fake this kind of thing.
As you can see if you read the Dev Team's site, this is the same image they link.

Doubt it if you'd like, but you'll see when 2.0 is jailbroken probably right off the bat..

As for video, Chronic says he'll do one as soon as he okays it with pumpkin.

I see no reason why we couldn't run both, as jailbreaking is only giving you full filesystem access.
That wouldn't have any effect on the App Store.

oh ok. I thought the key for signing your app was already out. In this case, this is good news.
    Waiting for the video though...

Since when have jailbreaks been different for the iPod touch?
ZiPhone doesn't count; it was the Dev Team's method and I'm sure if Zibri hadn't stolen it, we'd have a working version for the iPod.

I don't see how or why you'd doubt them, but whatever floats your boat.

iPhone and iPod Touch are NOT THE SAME.

    They are SIMILAR.
