Well I just upgraded from 1.1.1 to 1.1.4 because I heard that it has more stability. I jailbroke my 1.1.1 and added a bunch of apps and things, and now I upgraded to 1.1.4 and that is all gone. I don't mind that so much as my music, video, and iTunes store apps crash when I launch them. Also my iTouch will not sync with my iTunes so I can't add any music or videos anyways.

I've tried resetting my ipod with all the various options, replugging the USB ports and trying different ones, restarting my computer and reinstalling itunes (several times). Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas that I have not tried?

this is because you upgraded to 1.1.4. you didnt restore.

Open up ziphone/iliberty+ and enter DFU mode. Next go into itunes and try to restore again.
