    BOOL fileExists = [[NSFileManager defaultManager] fileExistsAtPath

    "/System/Library/some/file"];

    Always returns false?

    i think that means that the file could not be found, (kinda obvious i guess) but is this app running in the root Applications folder or the mobile Applications directory?
