I read a thread some time ago that there is a file on the iPod Touch you can access via SSH that keeps everything you type. Which file is it? I want to delete/clear it from time to time, thanks!

I haven't heard of any file like this, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. For security purposes though, I doubt that there would be something like this.

Umm... are you talking about safari cache and cookies? because those are the only things that might store your log.. dunno about other apps

I think you're referring to the spellcheck file. The list of words the ipod gives as suggestions for the things you type..... I've heard of it, not sure where it is though... If I can find it, I'll post it.

No there is a file, I don't know if its on iPod's but lets say a hacker tried to hack into a computer using a back door, well he can be tracked because of this file that stores everything. And Anything you ever type.

It can be accessed by CMD

Mmm... I am sure there was a file. It logs everyhting you type, and someone was reccomending to the forum to delete it if you plan to sell your iPod Touch.
