    Greetings everyone,

I was wondering if an application that will be holding files, like txts,exes,zips/rars and such is possible to be created so iPoT can be used as a "usb stick".
Sorry if this has been posted before.

    Thanks,
    Z

The iPod touch can hold files. I believe you can put them in via SSH or SFTP. Not 100%, as I am not too familiar with SSH.

yes all you need to do is put them in via ibrickr or ssh, but you have to be on a computer that you can access your ipod from (ibrickr or ssh) to get them out

you can just make a folder in your sftp or ssh program, name it whatever you want, and keep your stuff in there. i'm pretty sure that wouldnt be a problem, but i've been wrong before. as a recommendation id make the folder in the /Applications directory

I think what he wants is the function that old ipods had, that would allow you to plug the ipod into any pc and transfer files back and forth. At this time, I believe that this is not possible.
