When I went to install ffmpeg so I could use ScreenRecorder it failed. It told me that there was not enough space to install it. I had to download the .deb file and place it in /var and have symbolic links in /usr/local/bin/. I tried to copy them directly in but it would only allow up to a file 1.3mb in size and then it wouldn't allow anymore. So with that working I went to finish installing ScreenRecorder and it still tried to install ffmpeg. I can't get ffmpeg out of the queue. I have tried rebooting. What can I do?

I have had this problem for like 20 times. The problem is it's stuck in the install state. The System partionion is 99.7% full (it's 500mbs so you do the math. I was thinking of moving a couple of the terminal commands out of the System partition and just linking to them with a symbolic link, since links are only a couple of bytes. I don't know if that will screw my iPod up though.
