FFFF- iPod restoring from old backup, any way to cancel it?

    Did it on accident, their's no cancel option, anyway to stop it? I don't want to wait an hour before I re jailbreak.

    then dfu and re-restore?

    On the top of iTunes, where it usually shows the song playing, it will say backing up and there is a x next to it hit the x to end backup.

    Hes not trying to restore it!! READ before posting

    Nope just the Apple logo.

    Won't unplugging it hurt my iPod?

    what's wrong with restoring from a backup? I did
    Edit: isn't there a "stop" button?

    Go into the iTunes music folder and delete the backup information.

    haha i did the same thing- spent 2 hours jailbreaking it, then when i finally loads up in itunes clicked on the restore backup, as i thought that would reload the music that i did before i jailbroke, when it asks to backup, for it to then restore it to original settings, unjailbroken, i was pissed as f***!

    a back-up won't delete a jailbreak
