    1) Will I have to re-install the jailbreak every time a new firmware comes out?

    2) What is beter: Cydia or Installer 4?

3)Is P2Ping safe on the iPod Touch, like you won't get virus on your network or anything like that?

4)Does the McAffee iVirus app in Cydia work, or is it just a fake? (read about it online)

5)if Cydia is all about making things "free," then why is there a place where you can buy apps? Won't it turn into the AppStore?

6)Does Apple put any crap on the device to monitor on what you install/look at?

    1) If you want to update to the new firmware then jailbreak it..

    2) Cydia.

    3) Impossible to get a virus on the iPod touch. Nothing bad will happen to your network.

    4) Probably works but I have no idea. Plus you can't get any viruses ^

    5) It won't turn into an AppStore. Tons of things will be free. They're just making some things paid for because they want money

A: you have to apply the jailbreak to the firmware you use to jailbreak the ipod.

A: cydia made by saurik is better than installer 4

A: as of now, there are no viruses on the ipod touches. p2p? it is not yet available.

    A: Fake

A: Appstore is the place to buy apps. Developers make apps and sell them to the public via appstore. Cydia will never turn into the appstore because it allows you to install apps in the ~ or root. that is what i read.

A: Nope. Why would they? Imagine this, they have to monitor 13M iPod Touches and 17M iPhones just to look at what you have in your Ipod Touch/ Iphone?
