I'm getting the same error. I think it's because of the "All Sources" Package from Steffwiz. Too many sources to update I guess...anyone have a fix?

I have a similar question, how can I remove the "All Sources" package? I tried just uninstalling it, but Cydia's command prompt froze. Now, when I look at the package, it says uninstall.

I don't think the apt on the touch has the update function, I pretty sure it's only install or uninstall.
