Does using the 2-hour fast charge weaken the battery capacity over time faster than if just charging the battery full? Im a noob with batteries and whatnot and i wanted to make sure.

the iPod touch and iPhone Lithium Ion batteries fast charge for approx two hours to 80% capacity and then trickle charges to full 100% caacity over a further four to six hours.
