You can install Android on the following iOS devices on firmware 3.1.2 ONLY:
    • 1st Generation iPod touch
    • 1st Generation iPhone
    • iPhone 3G (and on firmware 4.0)

You cannot install Android on the following iOS devices:
    • 1st Generation iPad
    • 2nd Generation iPod touch (neither MB nor MC devices)
    • 3rd Generation iPod touch
    • 4th Generation iPod touch
    • iPhone 3GS
    • iPhone 4

Maybe the title of this thread could be changed to something a bit more newbie-friendly? Something like "FAQ: Can I install Android on my device?" or similar.

Also, perhaps clarify that neither MB nor MC second-gens can run Android. I can see some people being confused by that.

It might also be helpful to note that even if your device is supported, you can only install Android if you're running 3.1.2, not 3.1.3 or 4.0.
