Anybody recommend any bands. Beware though. I'm extremely involved into my music scene. Just wondering if anybody shares the same interests. I'd like to find some good bands. :]

    Thanks.

Mortification - Extreme Christian Metal Band, Death Metal.
Vengeance Rising - Death Metal Christian Band
The Crucified - Heavy Christian Metal Band
Death - Death Metal Pioneers (One of the BEST death metal bands ever.)
Accept - German Speed/Thrash Metal Band
Kreator - German Thrash Metal Band
Green Day - Punk/Happy Punk/Alternative (Depends on albums and year)
Eternal Decision - The Metallica of Christian Metal Bands. (They don't suck, Vocalist sounds like James Hetfield, but not the same.)
The Clash - Punk Rock (Kickass band.)
The Ramones - Punk Rock / Rock Pioneers (Kicks ass.)
Symphony X - Progressive Metal Band

I can give more if needed.

I like Symphony X. Dream Theater is also a good progressive metal band.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention them. xD
Probably 'cause he has a few albums already though.

I love their Train of Thought album, heaviest album by them I believe.

Just for the heck of it, might as well check these bands as well:
    As I Lay Dying
    The Black Dahlia Murder
    Chelsea Grin
    Chimaira
    Dream Theater
    Eternal Lord
    Liferuiner
    Parkway Drive
    Suicide Silence

I have more, but I don't have all my music on my iPod.

No hardcore references? Wow. Haha. Did anybody misinterpret 'Hardcore' for screamo, or anything of that sort? I was looking more along the lines of Have Heart, xAFBx, Lionheart, Liferuiner, Casey Jones. Things like that. I like most modern deathmetal bands, rather than the OLD original bands. ;P
