I installed the Fan Control preferences pane today, and foolishly changed the speeds and temperature thresholds without writing down the defaults. Does anyone know them? 13" MacBook Pro, the latest one.

Is there a way to reset the temperatures and rpm? I tried an smc reset.

ya I was stupid enough to do that with my imac. they go really fast now for no reason right?

i had to fix it with a complete reinstall of the OS. nothing else worked for me.

Same, 2000RPM. I usually keep it at 3000RPM when browsing the web and 4000-6000RPM while playing games.
