I have a Dell laptop, windows 7 64 bit. This is a bit hard to explain but the problem is that the F1-f12 keys have to be used using the Fn key on my laptop meaning that if I press the f# key, it will turn the sound up or turn my wifi off, etc. Pic below:

Yeah, I have to hold the blue Fn key on the bottom left and press the Fn key at the same time. Very inconvenient for gaming. The WiFi button is also unpredictable because I will sometimes press that when in fact I wanted to press number 2.

    OMGOMGOMG. I gotz it!

For any persons who want to know how to do it, just go to control panel > hardware and sound > adjust commonly used mobility settings > Fn Key behavior. Change to Function Key.
