I use a Belkin TightGrip silicon case for my 3G touch, I think it's great. But I want compact protection because I keep it in my pocket and I carry it around town with me. So i'm thinking about getting a Leather case. Anybody here use them?

Did it scratch your iPod's screen? That's pretty much the thing I'm worried about.

I'm thinking about getting the Otterbox case defender.

Anybody uses it? Would you recommend it?

IMO leather cases are terrible...I knew I shouldve got a silicone case when I had the chance but I just had to get the $25 leather instead of my favorite, durable $9 silicone case that comes with 3 cases in 1 with the colors of grey, white, and blue =P

I had a dmo leather jacket thing since 2007. It never really protected it from scatches pretty much just protected from little drops. I found it so annoying to flip up everytime that i just took it off. Don't buy a leather case.
