Post groups 2 apps with similar functions but where the cheaper one is better so we can warn others about rip-off apps

    Example:
    iCam-$4.99
    Air Cam Live Video-$7.99
iCam supports Windows and Edge/3G support while Air Cam Live doesn't

    Flash Drive iTunes Link-$4.99
    MobileStudio (formerly MobileFinder) iTunes link-$1.99
    Memory Stick-Free
MobileStudio zips files natively, edits and creates .txt documents and listens to MP3s
Memory Stick is almost the same as Flash Drive and is free

Note:if anything is incorrect tell me

This is why you research before you buy. Prime example right there.
    Nice finds.

its sometimes hard to decide for apps though
    like
Tap Tap Dance-$4.99 vs. Guitar Rock Tour-$5.99
They both have tap and hold and multi-tap and nice gfx and limited soundtrack, but guitar rock tour has drums(not that good though) and starpower and lag so some might find GHT worth the extra 1 dollar while others may not

TTD and GH are both great, but it really depends on what kind of music you like. If you like techno/dance music or rock.

    Scoops - $1.99
    Topple - FREE

They're not completely the same genre, but are similar enough.

Also, just because an app is more expensive, doesn't necessarily mean it's worse than its cheaper counterpart.

    ^ooh that's a negative,

they're both too good to be compared like that.

i remember scoops back then , it was FREE and looking at it now at how far it's come (and still simple but hard) it's worth 1.99.

I understand topple is still stacking, but there's a stragedy and tetris like element that makes it more advanced and in a different 'arena' and it should cost more IMHO.

    But i understand your reasoning.
