I replaced my iPod touch 4g once already for a light leak and overheating and I discovered last night that my new one has a bigger one and a second one on the other side.

I'm asking how well do the Genius people treat teenagers ? I want to go by myself because my dad got frusturated the last time we went to get it replaced. I want to know if I'll have a bigger problem if I go by myself ?

    Thanks.

I doubt it. Act mature, be serious. They won't disrespect a potential customer.

My mom came but I had to wait I told them I had a reservation and the problem but once my mom came in they seemed more serious.

Edit: I mean they seemed fine when I was alone too

Im a teenager and I went to the genius bar two times to get a replacement for the light leak. It really depends on who you get. The two guys that help me didnt seem as nice as I would like.

You could read my experiences with it at:

If you read it, you will know how it was for me, a 16year old teen.

    I hope it helps

If they don't treat you professionally and with respect, complain. You may even get a voucher out of it.

Don't act mature, be mature. Tell them kindly. They treat you like any other person. I once had this douchbag though.....
