On the semi-tethered one my Touch crashed during syncing every 10 apps transferred or so, and twice while using Categories, and Categories would crash back to the main page all the time. Should this new one fix it? I'm restoring to factory condition right now before jailbreaking.

Yup read quite a few posts and everyone says Semi Jailbreak is useless and require patches. Well this newer untethered should fix everything, because it turns on as jail broken and can reboot as jailbroken.

STILL crashing while syncing with the untethered. It gives a beep, then another beep, and then crashes. Ideas?

Why's that? It didn't crash while syncing before I jailbroke, so it's not the Touch.

I AM transferring about 500 apps, maybe that has something to do with it?

It doesn't crash at any other time.

P.S. I have about 22 megs on average of free memory on the Touch.
