It goes into Dfu mode, and then itunes says it is in recovery mode, does that mean that i have to restore my ipod everytime I boot? Can someone explain this to me?

What I do not understand is, everytime you boot, the ipod must go into dfu, which automatically make itunes read it in recovery mode. Thus I have to put all my songs end stuff everysingle time?

You don't use itunes when you are rebooting. Just start redtool, click on boot, follow the directions to put it in dfu mode. At this point itunes will report it as being in recovery mode. When that happens click continue in redtool and it will boot up. The only time you restore with itunes is when you restore with the custom firmware to jailbreak it. After that if you shut it down just use redtool to boot it.
