Hey, i had to rejailbreak up to 1.1.3. Now, installer gets a main script execution failed error everytime i try to install an app. i have ssh'd into my ipod and tried everything, including a old version of installer, and many other mmthods. i am also unable to install or reinstall adn apps via installer. Any help?

Open up Terminal and SSH into the iPhone/iPod Touch
“ssh root@youripaddress” and it will ask you for the password, type “alpine”
Now type these commands line by line
    cd /Applications
    chmod +s Installer.app/Installer
    chown -R root:wheel Installer.app
Reboot the iPhone/iPod Touch by holding the top button and sliding the red bar.
    That should be fixed now

That's weird, it worked for me but you can try using Filezilla or PuTTY. Click
Filezilla to go to their page.
Click PuTTY to go to their page. Try those and if they don't work something wrong either with your iPoT or your comp.
