I am trying to install openiboot on an iPod touch 1g in Ubuntu 9.10. I am using a new openiboot. I get an error everytime. Here is a screen shot of the error I get.

    Please help me.

One other question I have is when I use iPhoDroid it asks me to enter scroll mode. How do I do that?

    Thank you

Copy and paste the following into Terminal using ctrl+shift+V to paste it.

    sudo apt-get install libusb-dev libusb-0.1-4

I had the same problem for a while as well. What did you use to jailbreak? Are you using 64 bit Ubuntu?
