Error code 6

    i jakilbroke my ipod and i got an error code 6
    i have tried so hard to fix it with no success
    can someone help me please

    Device:
    iPhone 4S (White)
    Make sure you are in DFU mode:

    Step 1. Turn off your iPhone.

    Step 2. Hold down the power and home button.

    Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down.

    Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that its in restore mode.

    *Plug iPhone in first.

    so after trying to fix it for about 2 months

    use quickfreedom to put into dfu mode
    and once it says its in dfu mode and has a white screen
    use itunes to shift click restore and choose the firmware
    and hold volume uo button the hole time do not take it off once!
