iOS 4.0 Error 3014 fix.

    I've noticed a lot of people have been having this mysterious "error 3014" when they try to restore to their iOS 4 firmware. Believe it or not, Apple has a fix for it at this link.

    I would suggest also restoring in DFU mode. Hope this helps! And always keep it legal; if you don't have have a udid, then stop being so impatient and wait four days...

    Just to tell you, the iOS 4 GM doesn't require a UDID.

    Yes, but if you don't have one, then it probably wasn't obtained legally.

    help me i got error 1602 and after that when i try again i got 3014

    I believe this has to do with trying to update to iOS 6 beta. Try updating to iOS 5. If you are trying to update to iOS 6, is your UDID registered?
