error 1403 when upgrading

    whenever i try to upgrade with the free version of 2.0 i get an error that says An unknown error occured (1403)
    does anybody know how to fix this

    no body know...how to fix it, i already have this error from last night...and still can't fix it....

    I have restored twice i have restarted my computer i dont know what else to do

    i already do that from last night, and still have broken ipod touch...

    anyone please help me ?

    You guys need to put the leaked firmware in the mobile applications folder located in the Apple folder where your computers Application Data is stored. You need to turn on the ability to see hidden folders in order to access it. Once you have done that you press check for update and it should update to 2.0

    well i already have it there with the software updates but for some reason it only shows it as a 14 kb file.

    where is the mobile applications folder on vista
