There was an update for epic citadel today. The bug list says

that pretty much means There is a beta open to "big" developers right? It should be public considering that we have to wait till november plus the time it takes to get iPad apps that background.

I think they meant to say "iPod devices running iOS 4 or later..." considering... I and many other developers are not seeing anything regarding iOS 4.2 beta.

its possible that it was a typo. That was my original thought. Anyone with a 3G iPod touch with 4.0 or over, how was the performance?

If you look at the time on the post that you linked to. You would notice that they were posted around the same time (22 hours ago). And I did a search on this forum and serveral others to see if was posted it was not so I thought I would start one. So be quiet

And yes it is most likely a typo, but this game specifically was shown at the keynote and you don't think they get treated special. It's debatable. Eitherway I found it interesting and it won't effect anything either way.

I actually updated this app 1 minute after the update was posted by Apple. When I checked that page, it didn't look anything like the picture from the other thread. It said this, in this order:

Fixed support for iPad devices running iOS 3.2

Fixed performance issues on iPad devices running iOS 4.1
