I'm on 4.1 jailbroken with sn0wbreeze with a custom boot logo. Is their any way to enable verbose boot without restoring?

No, you can't activate verbose boot without restoring. Whether you use Sn0wbreeze or Redsn0w, you will have to restore.

hmm are sn0wbreeze and redsn0w using the same exploit? because if their doing different patches to the bootloader and the kernal then their could be problems. To be safe ill just wait till 4.2 and then when i jailbrake that ill enable verbose. Though i wonder why I can enable verbose in a NOR only ipsw.

Just make a NOR flash ipsw with sn0wbreeze and restore to it in recovery NOT dfu mode.

Verbose isn't an option for NOR only.

    Yeah, forgot.
Try redsn0w, but back up your ipod just in case.
