Emulator Forums "Cut Off"?

    Ok, well i recently was bored, so i went to the Emulators section to find this.

    That has been there since MARCH!! How is this possible. People post cracked apps all the time and they are banned the second things like that are posted. So how is this possible? Can someone please tell me?

    I don't know. There have always been ROMs on this forum and they are illegal, so I don't see why they don't allow cracked applications.

    the other is from apple big difference hence thats why we get banned for them

    It is both illegal for the distribution of them.....

    The hacks were made by people, not apple xD

    But technically, they were made by nintendo and people modded them. It would be the same as modifying an appstore app and posting it here.

    Yes, but cracked applications deals with Apple, and they're more likely to get involved with legal issues. Nintendo isn't likely to visit an iPod touch community in search of illegal ROMs. Also, ROMs are much more widespread across the web than cracked applications are.

    The thing is, us mods cant possibly patrol and see absolutely everything that is being posted on the forum and if you see something like this you need to report it.

    I don't think the mods should take that down. It has been up for so long an no one touched it. Everyone behaved when it came to those roms. Besides, it's freaking Pokemon xD

    Yeah but the original games are still Nintendo's and I already took them down, to prevent any further bickering.
