Ehh i wonderRR?

    Any way I could put music into MobileMusicPlayer.app through SSH??? Yeah just curious becuase...well just becuase.. lol.

    Music is not stored in MobileMusicPlayer.app. If you were too look through the directory where your music is stored (I don't know it offhand) you would see files with four character titles that you wouldn't recognize. So, to answer your question, adding a music file to MobileMusicPlayer.app would not add anything to your library.

    I think the music is stored in the Mobile drive, but as 4 or 5 character names. such as SDF3 (random one, but similar to that)

    lol dont get smart with me mister.. haha jk, but you know what i mean..put music on there and listen to it through music app thing... GOSH!

    well, no. the music you put in is stored in the itunes_control folder in var/root/media (i think). you can see that they named them quite random 4 letter phrases like 'DVHD" or something. i think this is the way apple encodes the music you sync onto the ipod. if you want to download things and 'put' them into the actual music player app, check out the isoulseek project that is a free p2p network client in the itouch that allows you to import music to the actual music app w/out syncing. (tell me if im wrong...)
